Full Replacement Lead Standard

A full replacement lead is a homeowner in your service area who confirms they own the home and shows replacement-level intent — roof age, storm damage, major damage, insurance claim interest, or a request for a full roof replacement estimate.
We guarantee the lead met that intent at the time it was submitted and verified. We don't guarantee the homeowner will buy, finance, qualify through insurance, or choose replacement after inspection.
We replace it free if:
- Phone number is invalid or disconnected
- Lead is outside your agreed service area
- Lead is a renter, not the homeowner
- Duplicate lead
- Lead was already sold to another HomeForge roofer in that market
- Lead only wanted a minor repair with no replacement intent
- Lead submitted fake information
- Homeowner says they never filled out the form
Not eligible for replacement:
- They don't answer your first call
- They change their mind or decide to wait
- They can't afford the roof
- Insurance denies the claim
- Your quote comes in too high
- You wait too long to call
- Homeowner gets other bids after receiving the lead
- You don't book the appointment or close the job
